10.2 Credit Usage and Limitations

IMPORTANT - Credits are consumed as follows:

• Chat credits are deducted per message sent
• Image credits are deducted per generation request, regardless of outcome
• Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified
• Unused credits do NOT roll over to the next period
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money

10.4 Non-Refundable Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The following are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE:

• Consumed chat credits (even if accidentally used)
• Consumed image credits (regardless of image quality)
• Expired credits
• Subscription fees after the statutory cancellation period
• Credits purchased through promotional offers

10.5 Billing and Payment

By purchasing credits or subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscriptions
• Accept responsibility for all charges incurred
• Update payment information when necessary

10.6 Subscription Management

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time in the billing period
• Downgrading plans takes effect at the next billing cycle
• Upgrading plans takes effect immediately with prorated charges

10.7 Promotional Offers and Bonuses

Promotional credits or bonuses:

• Are subject to specific terms and expiration dates
• Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged
• May have usage restrictions
• Are void where prohibited by law

10.8 Chargebacks and Disputes

WARNING: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting our support will result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Loss of all credits and data
• Permanent ban from the Service
• Collection proceedings for disputed amounts

10.9 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time:

• Existing subscriptions maintain their price until renewal
• Price increases require 30 days advance notice

10.10 Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable by law. EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content purchases, which is waived upon immediate consumption of credits.

• Website design and functionality
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Original content and databases

Are owned by or licensed to AI Chat Dating. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12.1 Service Availability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
